US BUYERS: All items are shipped by FedEx express delivery FREE OF CHARGE with Adult Signature Required and insured for full purchase price against theft, damage, or loss while in transit. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All items are packaged discreetly and without declared value. Due to the nature of our items, all items are and will be covered by full third-party insurance in the event of loss/theft. Insurance is not optional because all items must be insured against loss or theft.

We cater to the needs of watch collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts from all over the world. We know exactly how to prepare, package, label, and ship high value watches so they will be protected while in shipment and will not get hung up in unnecessary customs delays. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and any customs/duties fees that may be incurred. We want you to be 100% happy with your watch and jewelry purchase from JZ&F. We have built our business around referrals from our most satisfied customers. We stand behind all of the watches we sell and we guarantee your satisfaction.
Items that were purchased from our inventory may be returned within three days for a refund. In order to qualify for a refund, you must call us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization.
The item has to be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by JZ&F. The item must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover any credit card fees, financing charges, insurance costs, and shipping expenses. Restocking fees may be waived on exchanges of higher value. Returns and exchanges will be refused if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way.
