Ultra Small Annual Production of Less Than 10 Pieces
Guy Ellia the Dandy…
Ultra limited production of less than 10 a year.
This is a geometric, extremely refined watch reinvents the concept of the dial, while revealing its stunning technical features.
The cut sides reinforce the overall finesse of the piece, which measures just under 5.95 mm thick – an impressive feat given the watch’s large dimension of 43mm by 43mm.
The Time Space is extremely difficult to produce. It starts with a hand crafted ultra-thin manual-winding movement so beautiful, that it should not be hidden away behind a traditional dial. The plate of this movement is finished with black-rhodium treatment, and the front is then is hand-finished using the traditional perlage finishing technique. The brand’s logo “GE” is subtly hand-engraved on the movement and is visible in oblique light. On the front dial, one can admire the highly polished mechanical jewels. On the back side, the impeccable Cote-de-Geneve patterns, anglage polishing of the main plates, and mirror-polished screws are beautiful scenes that makes one remember for a long time…
The absence of any indexes is intentional. Nothing could be allowed to spoil the voluntarily streamlined aspect of this grand movement. Guy Ellia, the great artist, decided to use the bezel in such a way that the caseback screws on the bezel also serve as the hour markers.
The list of subtle details goes on – every Guy Ellia masterpiece has a small VVS diamond hidden on the crown – a secret enjoyed only by its owner.
100% Brand New .
All Guy Ellia watches come with a hand-made lacquered collector’s box by a century-old French jewelry box and cabinet maker of the highest quality. The box uses a special type of wood and made with a century-old tradition of fine hand craftsmanship. The top of the box has the watch face featured as marquetry art. The inside of the box is lined with the highest quality calf leather.
It is by far the most impressive watch box that I have ever seen – the box is extremely time-consuming and expensive to make, and it alone would costs thousands of dollars at a fine jewelry store. It is only possible to do this for an ultra-small production watch company.
Comes with all the manuals, and certificate card made in titanium-steel alloy.
